# Lack the required entitlement

### Error Example

```
You lack the required entitlement to use izaap-resource
```

**What does this mean?**

All **iZaap Scripts** resources that use FiveM Escrow are linked to the FiveM account used at the time of purchase through Tebex.

In order for the resource to work, your server must be using a server license key created from the same FiveM account that owns the purchased asset.

You can create or manage your server key here:

{% embed url="<https://portal.cfx.re/>" %}

Once you have created your server key, add it to your `server.cfg` like this:

```cfg
sv_licenseKey "your_server_license_key_here"
```

**The script is on my friend's FiveM account**

If the script is owned by another FiveM account, the owner can transfer it by going to:

[Portal CFX](https://portal.cfx.re/) → Purchased Assets → Transfer to another account

Cfx.re usually only allows protected resources to be transferred one time. Once transferred, you may not be able to transfer the resource again, so make sure you send it to the correct account.

**ZAP-Hosting**

If you are using a ZAP-Hosting server, you usually do **not** need to enter your server key inside `server.cfg`.

Instead, add your FiveM license key directly in your ZAP-Hosting server control panel.

Official instructions on how to add your server key can be found here:
